OUR WEEK
  •  Memory Verse/  Psalms 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
  • Language/ conjunctions.
  • Science/ chapter test on Mammals.
  • Health/ The input and output of energy from foods.
  • Reading/ Stories of the Pilgrims written by Margaret B. Pumphrey.
  • Math/ percents, decimals, fractions, finding discounts, percents ending in fractions.
  • Spelling/ Zaner-Bloser Spelling Connections grade 6 week 12
  • Home Economics/ Future Christian Homemakers.
We've had a good week, with little interruptions. There were a few of those annoying survey calls, but other than that it's been great.   We're thankful for that.The Lord has been good to us this week.

  3. Over the years, I've gotten better and better about just not answering the phone during our school day. Now, with caller ID, I always check - if it's my husband I answer, all others go to voice mail.

  4. Looks like a productive week, mama! That is great. We are working on fractions, too, hence the blank stares. At least it's not tears anymore!
